Housekeeping knocking early in the morning disrupts sleep. One room had a dysfunctional floor lamp and a musty air conditioner.

We liked rooms with three beds. The location was favourable, within walking distance of Rio Mimbres Country Club.

The hotel is clean, with informative personal, and offers comfy location really close to a restaurant, food places, Deming. The place provides excellent prices, had a terrific stay for the price. Spotless rooms complete with fridge and microwave and microwave, as for instance👍

The complimentary breakfast stood out with options like eggs, bacon, and waffles, elevating the morning meal experience. The room furnished with a comfortable king-size bed offered a peaceful night's sleep after a long travel day. Amenities were all in place, including a microwave and fridge. I encountered some inconveniences. The internet connection was slow and limited, which frustrated my efforts to stream anything. Checking in required repeating the online registration process, slightly raising my stress level upon arrival. Despite these hiccups, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room were great.

The breakfast was plentiful and good variety.

The motel is a little dated. The TV reception was poor at times. I found a wash cloth from a previous guest stay draped over the shower head, dry from however long it had been there. Two hooks from the drapery panel were undone and tempted me to want to fix it, but I didn't want to climb on a chair to fix. To be fair, I didn't bring either of these issues up to the staff to give them an opportunity to respond. Check in was smooth and friendly.

Notice a few maintenance issues that could use attention. My room was clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and the breakfast options were decent. The Wi-Fi could be inconsistent at times, which might be a concern for those needing reliable connectivity.

Bugs... there was a dead cockroach in my bathroom. I mean it wasn't alive, but not a good sign. I also found the little bitty ants by the nightstand, but I was on the first floor.

The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was clean, hot shower, just what I needed after a long drive. Had a great dinner at the attached restaurant, good meal at a fair price too, made it less of a hassle after all that driving.

It wasn't exactly bargain but still acceptable for what you get, decent.

The room was spacious and super comfy for our family of five. We enjoyed the breakfast included at the restaurant next door. We loved relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and taking a dip whenever we wanted.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Staff helped me find my way on my first visit, and they provided excellent service. I'll definitely come back for my next trip!
